PAYMENTS

 What are the payment options available?

For local shipping (within Pakistan), we offer only online payments through any legal payment mode.

For worldwide shipping, only Credit Card payment solution is accepted.

Why my transaction is failed or declined?

Please make sure to activate your card from the issuer bank before making the transaction. If the transaction undergoes, please verify from your bank statement whether it is processed or not. If you face system error and the amount gets deducted from your account, the amount is received and verified then the payment will be returned to customer.

Once the product is received and verified then the payment will be returned to customer.

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver all across Pakistan.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Yes, we are offering International Shipping in USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Europe and other regions as well.

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

For local orders, it takes 5-7 working days for delivery. For international orders, it can take up to 10-15 working days. 

What are the delivery charges?

For worldwide shipping, delivery charges depend upon the weight of the item and the region. The final shipping rate can be found at Checkout page.
